陳百彥教授 (Prof. Pai-Yen Chen) 任職於美國伊利諾大學芝加哥分校電機工程學系 (Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Illinois Chicago)，曾於國研院體系服務，爾後赴美攻讀博士學位，對於儀科中心十分熟悉。陳教授去年獲得 2024-2026 IEEE Distinguished Lecturer 殊榮，並在今年返台時撥冗於 6 月 3 日再次造訪儀科與老朋友碰面，並與中心同仁交流其最新研究成果。陳教授給予《IEEE Distinguished Lecture: Micro and Nanotechnology-Driven Antennas, Circuits, and Sensors for Telehealth and Telemedicine 》的專題講座，與中心同仁深入交流探討遠距醫療相關之前瞻物聯網感測器研究及應用，討論十分熱烈，同時洽談未來可能合作契機。
