TIRI has been devoted to the Atomic Layer Deposition technology for more than two decades. In 2024, TIRI cooperates with National Taipei University of Technology (Taipei Tech) to promote the talent cultivation project supervised by the Ministry of Education. On August 13th, a training workshop for teachers from major domestic universities and high schools is organized at TIRI. TIRI researchers introduce advanced thin film coating technology to teachers in the related fields. On August 14th, TIRI organizes "Semiconductor Atomic Level Technology Symposium and Workshop 2024" and invites ALD/ALE experts from the academia and the industry to share the latest key technology and applications in the semiconductor industry.
