Prof. Reza Zoughi is the Kirby Gray (Battelle) Chair in Engineering and a Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECpE) at Iowa State University (ISU). He is also the Director of Center for Nondestructive Evaluation (CNDE) at ISU. As the former President of IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Society (IMS), Prof. Reza Zoughi was invited to visit TIRI where IMS Taipei Chapter is located and shared his impressive expertise on "Microwave and Millimeter Wave Evaluation of Multi-Layered Structures" with TIRI researchers on September 12, 2023. Except for exchanging interesting research ideas with TIRI researchers, Prof. Zoughi also had a great discussion on society management and promotion with IMS Taiper Chapter members during his visit.
